JC Building Services is a rural building company based on the edge of The Lake District. We undertake all aspects of building projects, working on traditional buildings, new build houses and extensions. We have developed a reputation for providing first class work and offering informed and honest guidance during our construction projects. Working closely with clients from initial design and budget discussions constantly throughout a project, advising and potentially making alterations to layouts, materials, aesthetics so the finished project is exactly what our clients want. 

We specialise in working on older properties, including necessary repair work, sympathetic extension, barn conversions, or fine renovation work to listed buildings.

We consider aesthetics, materials, budget and site geography to agree a successful approach to make sure our clients are completely happy. We also employ tried and trusted contractors for plumbing and electrical systems allowing us to call on their expertise whenever necessary. Using the same contractors keeps costs down and means projects run more smoothly.
